The Corporate Sports & Wellness Facility Management course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to effectively plan, manage, and sustain sports and wellness facilities within corporate and institutional environments. Corporate sports and wellness facilities play a critical role in employee wellbeing, productivity, and organisational image. However, many facilities in Uganda face challenges related to poor maintenance, underutilization, safety risks, weak governance, and limited revenue sustainability. This course equips officers with practical skills to professionally manage sports and wellness facilities, optimise operations, ensure safety and compliance, and align facilities with corporate wellness objectives.
