The Front Office Management Programme for Front Office Personnel is tailored to give a wide range of skills to help the participants handle the various changing work challenges with confidence, using solutions that are easy, effective and fast. Front Office Personnel are always in touch with the customers, therefore they need a strong set of essential skills to enable them provide solutions to the vigorous changing nature of queries, demands and expectations of customers and fellow colleagues during their day to day work operations. The one week Program is composed of sharpening work skills and also equipping them with Information Communication Technology skills that will help them to perform their
tasks professionally, effectively and efficiently.
