Course Overview

Office Assistants need a strong set of essential skills to enable them to more efficiently and effectively manage their work environment and ensure their success in their critical role and the success of their managers and other team members who depend on them for support. These two weeks training program is packed with techniques for improving the most essential basic business writing skills as well as both verbal and non-verbal communication in general in addition to proper time management and general office organization techniques that will help office assistants in performing their day-to-day tasks more confidently and professionally.

Training Methodology
Participants will learn by active participation during the training, through the use of a wide variety of instructional techniques. There will be group exercises to allow for a “hands-on” approach to learning. Case studies will be utilized to present “best practices” approaches. In addition, there will be in-depth discussion of critical success factors.

Application Details
Fill in the application form and submit or write to training@afritam.org, you should get a notification that your application was received and approved within a maximum of 2 (two) working days. The Admissions Committee will make a first judgment based on the dossier submitted by the applicant.
Confirmation; Once will receive feedback, give details of your admission, and kindly confirm your participation at least THREE (3) days before commencement of the program to avoid possible inconveniences.
Payments; Course fees are due on the first day of the training and must be made by cash or by a Bank guaranteed Cheque to the Institute Bank Account. Please email the transfer copy to training@afritam.org.
Living Expenses; Sponsoring organizations are expected to pay their nominees full-board accommodation, out-of-pocket, and transit allowances according to their respective Service Regulations for Daily Subsistence Allowance applicable. AFRITAM will provide refreshments and meals during the training.
